Taming a new kitten... how?
Our family took in a stray kitten, about 9weeks. We have an existing kitty in the home, we wanted to give her a little friend. Since we've caught her in a cat carrier, the kitten won't socialize, eat or stop hiding with in the carrier. The darling is crapping and sleeping in the carrier.
How can I get her to relax, socialize healthy, and eat? My other kitty we've had and socialized with her since she was days old from my sisters kitty. Any helpful suggestions or tips?

Other than the mistakes you've already made, I can't even begin to tell you where to start.
First off, has the stray been to the vet to be blood tested for FIV and FeLV (fatal)? If not, do it? It needs to be dewormed and a health check performed.
You never bring in a new pet without doing an introduction and there are no do-overs.
You should have done this:

Basically, you brought a streetwise kitten indoors so it's not socialized or used to indoor sounds, scents or humans.

You don't, really with the situation you have put her in. Give her a room all to herself, like a bathroom or a spare bedroom. Keep her in there until she starts to like people. give her a litter box with kitten attract litter and a bowl of food and water. Do not let the other cat in this room. she needs to get used to being around other people before she can get used to another cat in the house.
