Im skinny fat, i got a big belly and skinny arms :( what can i do to look normal? what exercises should i do???

I used to be this way too so I understand how you feel. It's because even though you're thin, you have a lot of fat on you compared to how much muscle you have. So you want to increase your protein intake and start doing full body strength training. Look up online toning exercise, do pilates, yoga, etc and start weight lifting. Since you're already on the skinny side, building muscle helps the fat fall right off.
