Is this considered illegal?

So let s say someone has an ex and they send him nudes but you don t like your ex so you post it on her moms Facebook page for the lol s. Is that against the law if you are both under the age of consent

Distributing child porn is pretty serious, simply because you don't know who will get a hold of it. I think that might actually be a felony in the US. If so, that's several years in prison. Well if the person did it for a lol and that someone gets caught, they won't be laughing for quite some time.

    1) It is illegal in some places to post 'revenge porn'

    2) It is against FBs terms of service to post nude pictures - which will probably get you banned

    3) To possess pictures of under 18 year olds is illegal. It is child pornography - EVEN IF you are also under age.

If under the age of consent, then they are a minor and it's child porn and very illegal.

Yep. Posessing and distributing child pornography. It is against the law even if you are also a minor. Sounds like your ex will have the last laugh.
