need it gone !?

17 160 pounds and 5'4 . want to lose weight before March . don't have money for a diet plan but I do have a gym. Will somebody tell me what to do to lose the fat on my stomach please no ridiculous answers

    restrict your calorie intake to 1500 a day - no junk food or fizzy drinks - ask your gym staff for their recommendation for belly fat and they will assist you in a balanced program

    a correct and healthy diet, minimal sweets, jogs will make you lean. and workout. have a equal diet and exercise plan.

    you cant loose fat in just one place. eat less calories than you burn is the key to loosing weight.
