    I weigh 165 I have big thighs and a little booty and stomach fat that I don't want anymore . I want a flat stomach and a bigger booty . I am 5'5 tall. And I am 17 years old .     MONDAY: 30 jumping jacks, 30 crunches, 5 push ups, 30 in/outs, 30 sec wall sit , 2 rounds . TUESDAY: 30 bicycle crunches, 30 mountain climbers, 5 burpees, 40 jumping jacks , 10 star jumps, 20 flutter kicks, 30 sec plank , 2 rounds . WEDNESDAY: 15 sec plank , 20 sec wall sit, 20 v ups, 5 burpees, 5 push ups ,30 mountain climbers , 30 in/outs , 3 rounds . THURSDAY: 30 crunches , 30 mountain climbers , 30 jumping jacks, 30 lunges , 10 star jumps , 10 plank alternates, 10 sec overhead press , 3 rounds . FRIDAY: 20 crunches, 20 cobra push ups ,,20 sumo squats, 20 sicissor jumps , 1 min air punches towards (1,2) , 1 min air punches twist (3,4) 1 min air punches twist (5,6) 2 rounds . SATURDAY AND SUNDAU REST DAY . this is what my p.e coach gave me . will this help me lose the fat on my stomach ? And build muscle in my body before March ? If I drink water and protein shakes ?     I am 17 years old . I am 5'4 maybe 5'5 and I weight about 160 . I want to change before graduation which is in 6 months I want to weigh 135 with nice legs and good muslces and a booty.     Wearing seran wrap around my stomach . going to the gym either 3 or more times a week . only drinking wwater,milk,and green tea . Doing stomach excercises and running/walking when at the gym for 30 minutes . How long will it take to lose 40 pounds and will the seran wrap help ?

    When I go to the gym . I walk for 30 minutes and then depending on if its arm day or leg day I workout for the rest of the hour . So I will have worked our for 1 hour an a half .     Alright . my senior year . time to change . I'm gonna get a gym membership maybe Monday and I need to know how to start . I am 17 5'4 and I weigh 160. Yes its pretty bad but I got some pretty thick thighs . all I'm worried about it my stomach . its a little too big . but if I have to drop all the thigh weight I'm fine . I just want to change .
