Time to Change !?
Alright . my senior year . time to change . I'm gonna get a gym membership maybe Monday and I need to know how to start . I am 17 5'4 and I weigh 160. Yes its pretty bad but I got some pretty thick thighs . all I'm worried about it my stomach . its a little too big . but if I have to drop all the thigh weight I'm fine . I just want to change . I want thighs, ***, and a little stomach . not a skinny stomach but a little bit smaller stomach . and I want to lose face fat . Help . like should I start on the tred mill and the work on leg workouts and squats .

Make sure you do cardio and strength training.
Treadmill 3-4 times a week
Weights in between
Build muscle
Push yourself
