Okay, first, start working out. DO NOT under any circumstances stop eating food, okay lovely? Food is important, especially if you want to gain muscle. Start by switching out some foods with nuts or meat (high in protein), and do some simple workouts. Focus on things like sit ups while watching tv, or holding a plank. Squats are great for your legs and push ups are awesome for your arms and chest. You may take this to the extreme, but remember: muscles are funny. When you work them, they are breaking away small strands and the soreness you get is them building back up. If you are sore, allow yourself to rest until you feel better(maybe a few days, depending on how hard you work out) or work other muscles. However, those muscles will not build back up any stronger without protein to build onto. Water alone will literally stop you from gaining muscle.

Good luck, and no matter what you do, I'm sure you will look fabulous at graduation(:

Its simple math. Burn off more calories than you consume.

    Easier said than done.
