Weight loss?

17 5'5 160 pounds and I have this chunk of fat on my stomach and I hate it. I just want it to be flat. Should I just run and burn all the fat off and then start gaining muscle I mean what should I do .

It depends, with running it will burn of stored fat that has been put there because of an excess of fatty foods, running is a form of cardio-vascular exercise which will burn this fat off. However if you have put on this weight because of alcohol it will be a lot harder to loose, by doing weights it will not be reducing the fat on your stomach but it will make your stomach look bigger as it is building muscle underneath the fat and will actually increase your weight. If you are looking to go on the running machine or run outside the best thing to do is use sprint intervals which is when you sprint for 1 minute and rest for 2, this should burn off weight quicker than a full run and starting and stopping uses up more energy and this can be carried out for around 10-15 minutes. hope that was helpful =)

I don't have much time for exercise because of work and other duties. This supplement paved the way for me to lose the extra pounds I've been wanting to get rid off for the longest time. Just a week of drinking Weight loss green store tea made me lose 6 pounds with minimum effort. My waistline is down by 1 inch I can already feel the need for money to buy new pairs of pants...or at least have them repaired. Hah!
