What is wrong with my kitten?

I have 2 male kittens brothers 6 mths. old now. One was the biggest of the litter, and the other was the runt. They are caught up on all of their shots and even neutered. The runt has grown so much. He is actually the dominant one and twice the size of the other. He is very active, playful, and basically a typical cat. The other on is not growing at all. He is bony and thin. He sleeps a lot and just doesn't like to run around like the other. They are both house cats and have never been outside. He is eating normally and using the litter box as well. He was just sleeping on the couch and woke up and when he jumped down 2 pieces of potty came out on the couch, but I could tell he wasn't trying to. It's like it literally just popped out. He just doesn't seem normal, and I'm worried he's sick. Not sure why he isn't growing like his brother. Any thoughts?

Um, yes I did that. She couldn't believe they were from the same litter because the smaller one has his baby teeth while the one that is thriving has lost them already. She said she has never seen that before, and also said it probably is just upper respiratory and gave him a shot, but I think this is just something else. He seems to be getting worse.

Yes, one thought: Take him to the vet!
