My family is going to Kauai for vacation, and my fiancé and are wanting to get married on the beach since most of our family will already all be there together.  I saw that you have to get a beach permit, and you can have no more than 30 people. Well, we would have about 36 which includes some kids around 2 years old.  I'm just wondering how regulated that would be.  Would those younger kids technically count as numbers?  Since this would be on a public beach, how far back would the extra 6 people have to be in order to "not be part of the group" and just happen to be at the beach?

My flight leaves Seattle at 4:30 and says arrives at 9pm, but Hawaii is 3 hours behind. So the time I leave Seattle at 4:30, it s actually 1:30 in Hawaii so 5 hours later wouldn t that be 6 and not 9 Hawaii time?

I have come up with a creative name that I would possibly want to use for a business someday. How do I go about creating and buying this website name so that no one can ever have it. I don't know if I would really even use the website, but it's more of a "just in case someday I do", no one else can use it. What steps do I need to take?

I have 2 male kittens brothers 6 mths. old now. One was the biggest of the litter, and the other was the runt. They are caught up on all of their shots and even neutered. The runt has grown so much. He is actually the dominant one and twice the size of the other. He is very active, playful, and basically a typical cat. The other on is not growing at all. He is bony and thin. He sleeps a lot and just doesn't like to run around like the other. They are both house cats and have never been outside. He is eating normally and using the litter box as well. He was just sleeping on the couch and woke up and when he jumped down 2 pieces of potty came out on the couch, but I could tell he wasn't trying to. It's like it literally just popped out. He just doesn't seem normal, and I'm worried he's sick. Not sure why he isn't growing like his brother. Any thoughts?

I have the Canon MP490 printer, and it won't print anything! I've used it before no problems, and now all of a sudden it just won't. I've tried everything suggested, and have checked the cartridges and have plenty of ink left, and are installed properly. The printer seems to be working properly in every other way, but every time I send something to print, it goes through the motions and acts like the cartridges are printing. The paper goes through and comes out normal, but no ink on the paper at all. The USB connection is fine, and I've checked for everything that I can think possible. It literally goes through the right motions of printing but just no ink, and no error messages at all. Please help!

1 week ago I had a patch of dry blood at the top of my neck right into my hair line. The blood was about the size of a dime and, and when I wiped it away I could barely see a pin sized hole from where the blood came out. It wasn't sore at all, and there was no bump. There was no evidence at all that could explain why I bled there. Well, 2 days later, I felt a little sore bump in my neck next to the area where I bled. It's not a huge bump and not even visible because it's underneath the skin. There is no visible irritation. A few days later, and the bump is still there and only kind of hurts when I push on it, but I woke up and the pain is starting to spread up my neck and the back of my head. It's not painful unless I push on it, and even then it doesn't hurt that bad, it's just a little sore. It doesn't feel like a a sore muscle, but more like a fluid pressure pain. This is the second time ever that I mysterious had blood come out of the back of my neck with a pin sized hole. The first time, there was no soreness so I never questioned it. It has now been 1 week, and I'm starting to get nervous not knowing what is going on. I don't think its a spider bite or anything because like I said, there is not outside sore or irritation. Any one have a clue what this is?

These three hotels are all comparable in price. I don't care about location too much because I like where they are all located. I really only want to know your experience with customer service, theft, and cleanliness of rooms. Every hotel, even the super nice expensive ones, will have bad reviews, however, I have seen some talking about the Flamingo and Bally's having bed bugs?!!! Please tell me if you have experienced anything like that.

I know about the deep fried twinkie/oreos at The Mermaid, and also the $1.99 shrimp cocktail at Golden Gate. Is there any other cheap little things like this in Vegas that would be fun to get?

I am going to be staying at the Stratosphere, and want to go to In and Out Burger. I know there is one at the complete opposite end of the strip which is too far to take a cab, and I think that one is really busy with tourists. I was just wondering if there is one closer to the Stratosphere and how far.

I don't know anything about this stuff, but it seems obvious that there would be different plug ins for the game systems, but are there an other differences? Would you even be able to use the Band Hero made for Playstaton on a Xbox?

I could be completely wrong, and I will feel terribly bad if it's not true, but Lisa Kelly looks like she has a small baby bump. I know she already has 3 kids, and said she was done, but you never can be sure. In some of Celtic Woman's recent videos on you tube especially the one where they are singing You Raise Me Up in Japan, it looks like she has a bump. She's a thin woman, and I have never noticed it before on her. I was just wondering if anyone has noticed or agrees with me. If she is pregnant, she is probably trying to hide it, and will announce it later when it is more obvious. She is an amazing woman, singer, mother and more. Congrats to her if she is!

I'm trying to build my resume, and I am just wondering on where I should list my volunteer experience. Should I include it in my paid experience section, or in a separate section? For example, the years of my paid experience are from 2003-2007 and 2009-present with the same company. So I just listed the years together like that since they are at the same job. I went to school for while and didn't work at all, other than my volunteer experience from Jan. 2010-June 2010. My other paid job was for 3 mths. from Sept. 2007-Dec. 2007. So my question is should I list my volunteer experience in the middle of my 2 paid jobs because thats the order of the dates? Or should I just list my 2 paid jobs, and at the end list my volunteer experience. Most of my skills come from my volunteer experience that are relevant for the jobs that I want to apply for. It just seems weird to list my first job with the dates 2009-present, 2003-2007 (same job), and then list my 3 mth job in 2007, then have my volunteer at the end for 2010 since they want experience from most previous. Any help with this would be great. I appreciate any expertise in this area.

Online gambling with real money is illegal in Washington, but what If I won a free tournament, and the prize is an entry into a real money tournament? Even though I didn't spend any of my own money, is it still illegal to even be in that tournament if I'm trying to win real money?

I am trying to make my resume, and I'm not sure how I should list my work experience. So from 2003-2007 I worked at a restaurant full time. This is where most of my experience comes from. I was promoted to a trainer after one year, cashier experience, etc. I quit that job and went back to school. After a couple years, I went back to work there part time. Since I have come back, I don't have any of the responsiblity as I did when I worked there before and management is different. How do I put this on my resume? Since I'm currently at this job do I list it as 2009-present, 2003-2007? Also, do I need to distinguish the skills by the years I worked there?

I'm trying to setup my printer for my macbook pro. There was a a pink paper that came with the instructions that said when I put in the install cd if a certain message comes up to click "check latest info" and DO NOT press "ok." So I did that, and I think that I have found the driver, but there are so many options of what to download for it at the Canon website. I have downloaded a couple of things, and have restarted my computer. The message keeps coming up to "check latest info," and I don't know what to do now. Any suggestions?

I couldn't connect my iPod to the Internet because I forgot the password to unlock the wifi from laptop. I went to the control panel and found it and then it worked on my iPod. I changed the password on my laptop to something I could remember and once I did that the Internet won't work on my laptop and I can't get it to connect but the iPod still is. How do I get the laptop to work again?

I went to a bonfire 4 days ago and only wore shorts. After 2 days, I noticed I had a ton of red spots on my legs. I counted 28 red spots about the size of the back of a tack. I noticed there were some mosquitos around me that night, but the weird thing is they haven't really been itchy. I don't know what else it can be. They look horrible though, and it has been 4 days and they are still really red! I have scratched them a little, but I mean really hardly at all. I'm glad that they don't itch, but isn't it a little weird that they don't, and especially since I didn't realize that I even had them til 2 days later? I haven't done anything outdoorsy since that night. That is the only way I know that I got them. Any ideas on what these could be, and how I can make them go away?

My laptop went dead, and at first I thought it was the power cord that was broken. I bought 2 power cords online, but they don't charge it either. Finally, I went to best buy and bought an expensive universal one that came with lots of different tips. It specifically has the one for the model of my laptop. I plugged it in, and nothing! My computer is completely dead. It doesn't boot up or anything. Can someone please tell me what is wrong. Is it the battery? I have no clue!

So awhile ago, the charger for my laptop started going bad. I think the cord started to crack, and I would have to hold it in a certain position to make it charge my laptop. Eventually, it completely broke. I bought a new adapter online, but it won't charge my battery. I bought another adapter online just in case the first one was bad, but this one doesn't charge it either. My computer is completely dead. Now I'm not sure if I need a new battery altogether or what. The battery was fine before, and I know that it was the adapter that broke. Any thoughts or advice?
