My 2 year old tabby butt scoots.?
I brought her to the vet last week, and she had her anal glands ( which were full) expressed. So, why does she still butt scoot? Should I take her back, or has the scooting become a habit?
I also had her de-wormed just in case.

The butt-scooting is not a habit.
Here are some possibilities:
1) Your cat's anal glands have filled up again (yes, it CAN happen that fast in some circumstances although it's uncommon);
2) Your cat's anal glands weren't expressed properly last week (most likely possibility)
;
3) Your cat has a problem that can't be resolved by AG expression (such as an anal gland abscess or an impacted anal gland);
4) Your cat has internal parasites. You say the cat was "dewormed" but there is no such thing as a medication that cures all worm infections. Unless the vet tested her poop, there is no way to know that she is worm-free even if she was "dewormed."
If I were you, I'd call the vet and let them know that the cat is still scooting a week after AG expression and ask them to do it again. The most likely scenario is that someone just didn't do it properly. It happens.

Call the vet and tell them and they may offer a solution or have her come back in. Maybe one anal gland didn't get full expressed or there is a clog or something.
