Could someone suggest a vegetarian food with low sodium (or no sodium) that I don't have to cook?

If youre on a low sodium diet:

Skim dairy products, preferably naturally low sodium cheeses.

Fresh or sodiumm-free canned fruits and veggies!

Unsalted nuts, jelly beans, hard candy. Sherbert, italian ice, low-sodium crunchy snacks. (they usually advertise low sodium or you can just check the #)

    Unsweetened microwave oatmeal.

    Soy milk with added calcium.

Eggs/rice/pasta, easy to cook if you can.

Sure! Celery is great! Also carrot sticks, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes. Some people even like raw zucchini in their salad.
