I need a healthy diet, looking to lose belly fat by christmas, hopefully 30-40 pounds? Any good diets, i cant eat fruits because im allergic?
So i really want a healthy diet and body, im 13 years old, dont say "oh dont worry about that at your age!" this is serious, please be real. I want to lose my belly fat, and NO ITS NOT BABY FAT. I want to lose it by christmas, I cant eat fruits though and its hard without them I have been told. Also how can i not be disgusted by the tastes of vegtables that I need to help lose this, every tip is appreciated thanks!

I'm 13 too. I'm 5'8 and used to weigh 135. I went on a water fast, it's day 10 now and have lost 20 pounds. After this I will eat slowly because I was trying to lose weight by thanksgiving. A good tasting vegetable that's low in calories is a pickle. The ones is the jar are 5 calories a piece. If you don't think you can do a water fast, eat 300 calories or less per day. Last year I just drank a protein shake a day and alternated between that r yogurt. Just go to the store and pick out some good 100 calorie or less yougurt and some ensure protein shake. You can lose the weight. I also walk 3-4 mile a day. You can try the water fast, but maybe start with 5 days or 3. If that doesent work out eat 1,000 calories on one day and none on the second. Eat one day don't eat the next. The key is to eat a lot of low calorie foods so you feel full. You can even have some cereal or an egg with cucumber in the morning. Whatever makes you feel full but is low im calories. Also stay off meat and sweets. They only make you happy for about a minute when you're eating and then you're left feeling empty and hungry. Food doesn't make you happy.

The best way to lose belly fat is a low carb diet. Eat 20 to 40 carbs per day and be sure to calculate your calorie count too. you need at least 1300 calories. per day.
An example of a "meal" would be a hamburger patty without bread - put cheese, tomato, onion and maybe some ranch dressing on it and eat it with a fork and knife.
breakfast you can have 2 eggs (any style) and a piece of sausage (check carb count)
Dinner you eat whatever meat your parents cook and whatever veggie but no rice, no bread, no desert.
you can have jello gelatin as long as it is sugar free. (you can eat as much as you want)
It isn't rocket science - it is just hard to stick to - especially if everyone is eating cake and icecream or donuts.

You've got just over a month to work with, so you'd be doing good to lose 15 pounds (and that would really be pushing it).
Eat healthy (cut out processed foods)
Exercise (cardio and strength training)
How to lose weight has been asked/answered here literally THOUSANDS of times, so making use of the search feature will give you TONS of answers by the members here. That's one question that should never need to be asked here again. ☺

Follow the 80/20 rule, which means eating clean 80 percent of the time and indulging a little 20 percent of that time period.
