Is true refugee from Syria sleeping as homeless in Canada ?

There is one foreigner I know of in Liverpool apparently living rough, there will be more than one really. Mind you, it's often the case they are living somewhere and just go out in the day with a sleeping bag to pretend they are living rough so they get more "donations" for their next bottle of dynamite.. There are many who do this who are British, they all live in hostels really. Councils have a duty to keep people off the streets these days, the only way you can end up on the streets is either by choice or you have done something bad in a hostel, or repeatedly breaking minor rules too many times. I can actually remember when I last saw a "cardboard city" on the news and it was 199-something.

No, all of the refugees being brought into Canada are either sponsored by the government or by private charitable groups. All have been provided with housing and support.

Canada like Germany, UK has a hard-on for Muslims claiming to be "refugees." We do not know who these so called "refugees" really are.

Unlikely, because Canada is too far away, and it wouldn't be easy for poor migrants to cross the Atlantic.
