No relationship works when we are needy.
If our bf does not give us the amount of affection we need, then either we need to change OUR need for affection (by becoming more psychologically secure and self-sufficient), or we need to change boyfriends.
Do not stay with a man who tries to control you by frightening you through his anger
This is a toxic situation and you will never be happy with them.
Get out.
But also learn how to be happy without a man .. because THAT is the prerequisite for making love work.
And you SHOULD love yourself enough that you don't need to be asking for reassurance from someone else .. that is a relationship-killer.
