Question about water? Please Read!!?

So I ve been supplementing with whey isolate, and bcaa s. I recently started taking creatine and I know water consumption is important. Ok so when I wake up I eat breakfast and drink my morning bcaa s then later I eat my lunch with a bottle of water. On my second break I just drink a bottle of water. When I finish my shift I eat again and 15 mins later i drink my 2nd bcaa s combined with my creatine mixed with 20oz of water, 30 mins later i hit the gym. No cardio just free weights and some resistance training. I get 10 hours worth of cardio at work so cant really get in a leg day without compromising my knees. While i work out i sip on my shake also mixed with water no milk. After I m all finished i drink my final bcaa s with creatine mixed with 20oz water. When I get home I eat again and drink half a bottle of water. I squeeze in one more whey shake. Before i go to sleep i get some casein in my body. So my question is since I mix all of this stuff with water, do you still get the benefit of water even though its in a mixture? If not how can i squeeze in more water, like i feel i get so much liquids in i cant fathom intaking in more liquids without pissing every 1/2 hour. How do you guys do it my day starts at 6am and i get off at 6pm. I sleep around 10:30 11:15pm the latest.

Anything will help thanks.

drink 1/2 a quart to a quart of water before bed. You body repairs itself when you sleep. Also drink water first thing in morning before breakfast. Even better do some stretches in the morning than have a glass of water before breakfast. You need to drink at least 2 liters of water a day. It helps remove toxins and keeps the body hydrated and functioning.

And why can't you do leg workouts? It will help in the long run for work. Doing deep knee bends or full squats, but to calves are proven to help knee structure.

Where I used to work for 16 months. I would put on 5 to 7 miles in 8 hours 6 days a week. I found that working the legs help tremendously with the day.

Now I went back to construction and thru the apprenticeship we have a PT class every morning. Legs were worked like no tomorrow. And believe me I am on my feet all day. Up and down ladders, moving heavy material and walking in a hurry all day every day. And 3 days a week I train in martial arts, lot of leg work. As well as a fullbody workout everyday. This has helped with life. I have bad hips from time in military. And a friend and training partner of mine has bad knees from being a police officer for over 30 years. We fund that leg exercises and training work and strengthen the legs. keeping arthritis at bay.

So when someone says I can't do this because of this. That becomes a excuse. Work the legs. Cardio don't mean crap. You need to exercise the legs. This strengthens the muscles and joints. It will also help with endurance and keep the legs from getting tired.

    So when someone

Also if you don't work the legs and only work the upperbody you get disproportionate.

Also deep squats and deadlifts boost testosterone levels. This is a plus plus.
