try to make a girl like you?

o k, so i at a foreign country, my cousin introduced me to his girl friends friend, and we went out, i got to know her in the middle of the date, but at the beginning and end of it, we would not talk, i really ended up liking this girl, and now i have 5 days to go out with her before i go back to the states, i have a lot in common with this girl, and it be a real shame to let her go, i was planning to get one more date in and one more after to ask for her email facebook, skype etc . . . and afterwards tell her i like her,

this girl is shy and quiet, she talks, but not much,

im returning here in april and next year for christmas too,

and now i've hit the problem of if what im about to do is fair, if not, im willing to read any opinions and advice from anyone who has wise words to give on a situation like this and how i can enclose on her heart, or at least to where she'll wait for me,
