eating 3000 calories bad?
I never done this before and im 5'7, 190 pounds. i never done this before and it is not going to be a habbit and it s my rest day. i workout to burn 1000 calories everyday.if it is bad, how much do i have to burn the next day? if it is not, then do i go back to burning 1000 a day?
