How to find a compete work history?
My husband was recently injured at work. L & I is requesting his ENTIRE work history, from the time he was 16. He is now 56 years old. We have records for the last 10 years or so, but nothing beyond that.
Can someone point me in the right direction to find this information? (I've only known him for 10 years, so I can't help beyond that)

He doesn't have to provide more than the past 10 years, even the government doesn't go back that far. Many people keep the past 20 years on their resume, if they've worked that long, especially in one field, or if they changed fields. Go back as far as you can, and don't worry about the specifics beyond the 10.
