How to make a kitten like vet?

So I rescued an orphan 5-week kitten who would've died if I didn't (mother died). Very healthy and happy female kitten. I'm taking it to the vet in 3 days and I want to make it stress free and a content trip. Any tips??? Also, how can I discipline Loki (my kitten)? She bites and scratches when she plays, and I try to make her play with stuffed animals rather than our hands but it works sometime?? Thank you !!

Get a cat wand so your hands are not close to the cat. Using a toy in your hand is better then using your hands but still close enough to get a bite or a scratch. When it does scratch or bite just say OUCH and stop playing, cats are pretty good at reading emotions.

Kittens cant control their claws very well when then get long and sharp so start trimming them now so they get use to it.

Get a cat carrier leave the door open and place a soft cloth in it that you cat likes to sleep on. When you take it to the vet cover it with a towel you ca even let the towel cover it all the time cats like enclosed spaces to feel safe.

Get your cat accustomed to staying part of the day in a cat carrier. Then use the same carrier with the same padding or folded blanket while transporting. All cats not accustom to the bumps and turns of car travel will have reactions and is unavoidable.

When your cat bites and scratches, let her know you don't like it. Make an unusual displeasure noise and gently smack her on the head. The cat will soon learn to withdraw the claws. I play fight with my cat routinely and rarely see blood.
