Background Checks?

Do law enforcement backgrounds take longer than other job backgrounds? What is the average length of time for government and law enforcement jobs

    Sometimes it takes a month, sometimes a year. Keep in mind you are not the only candidate that's receiving a background check.

    those two are going to do a lot more thorough check than a private business
