How Can I look Young At age 35-45?
I m currently a 20 year old European male so idk why I m asking this lol. But, I am SUPER concerned about my looks. I am very good looking and I plan to stay that way but I see a lot of Europeans looking like 60 by the time they are 40. I m guessing it s because of the cigarettes, alcohol and maybe drugs? I am straight edge, I don t smoke, I don t drink, and I don t do drugs. My diet isn t the greatest I do eat a lot of junk but I m not overweight or obese. I m 6 2 155 pounds, I m pretty skinny actually. Also I don t go to the gym. What can I do to prevent aging and looking old at 40? I m guessing change my diet and eat less junk and maybe go to the gym more? Please any suggestions would help!!! Now is the time to plan for the future!

Stay out of the sun. It's the #1 reason for skin damage not to mention, skin cancer. You don't weigh a lot for your height and if you don't have much body fat your face can look sunken. I know a lot of people my age (66) who don't have wrinkles. That's because they have extra layers of fat under their skin and it plumps up their wrinkles.
Diet is HUGE. Stop eating processed foods and sugar. They will age you. And yes, exercise is the fountain of youth. I am a 66 y.o. grandma who still runs half marathons. People usually guess I'm in my late 40's or early 50's. It's not always easy to stay this fit but if you start young like I did, it will become a lifestyle and a habit.
