I took AP Euro last year, here is what I remember, although you should really know this or be looking for it, rather than reflecting on Yahoo Answers to help you cheat.

    6) I believe it is "B." I remember Machiavelli's thoughts in "The Prince" was to use whatever force was necessary to create a stable, useful, effective government, there weren't really any boundaries.

    7) Due to the logic in the previous question, I believe the answer is "A."

    8) Again due to the logic from 6 and 7, I believe the answer is "B."

    9) 99% sure the answer is "B." In addition to 6-8's logic, Machiavelli also stated that if you were feared no one would try to take you over in an act of revolt, keeping you in control of the government.
