I hit my head sunday on a metal pole please help?
So on sunday @ 11am i was at the flea market and hit the top of my head hard on a metal pole it hurt and i felt off most of the day i went to the er the next day and they just looked at me and told me there was no bruising and my skull looked in tact no xrays or scans were done and tuesday i was dizzy but later felt okay after taken a anxiety med and today weds i woke up with a headache and my head throbbibg should i worry about internal bleeding

No- you should be worried about post concussive syndrome. That's how you feel after you e had a "correctly diagnosed concussion!" Go back to ER or walk in emergency clinic just to make sure!! Better safe than sorry..or dead...

NO - You've been cleared by a doctor and do not have a head injury. Your symptoms are anxiety.
