Am I doing good at losing weight?

Update:

so i am 5'6 304lb and jogging at 4.7 for 10min then 5.3 for 20min and walk on 3 for 1min total of 31min i just want to know if this is good to loose weight? im on a low carb diet eat under 30carbs a day

    Those numbers don't mean anything.

    Weight loss (without exercise) is the product of eating fewer calories. When you eat fewer calories (than your usual daily intake) your body takes the calories it needs from your fat reserves.

    If you do this on a daily basis you will lose weight. If you add exercise into the equation, depending on the type of exercise you do, you may actually gain weight. This includes pumping heavy weights. They make you hungry and you'll eat more.

    Stick with smaller weights and exercises that just get you moving. Your intent is to lose weight not bulk up.
