    Entering my home without consent or legal authority IS an attempt on my life. In ALL states, I have the legal right to use ALL necessary force to stop an attempt on my life.

    She could shoot them legally OMG look at the Law, you have the right to protect you home by any means , A taser is worthless.

    You have the right to defend your property in almost all states (California seems to be the exception).
