Swallowed plastic piece?
so i was opening a plastic container, like the ones your kfc gravy and coleslaw come in, and a bit of the lid broke off, it went in my food and i'm not sure if i swallowed it or not, it broke on the edge and is slanted a bit, so it was"sharp" i guess. It's about 1cm in size, should i be worried

Consider yourself lucky. It had the potential of being dangerous, but then you wouldn't worry, you'd KNOW it did some damage.
The sharpness could've easily scarred up your throat or esophagus. Even worse, if the plastic got stuck somewhere on the way down, it might even put a hole in your esophagus. That'd be one hell of a death to experience.
But seeing that you're still alive and if you're not feeling any pain, not much will happen. The stomach acid would liquefy the plastic. But in order for plastic to be poisonous, it'd need a lot more than that. The melted plastic will flush out with your other fluids.
Just be careful. I once had a terrifying experience where I was eating ice cream and saw a spider zoom across the table and it startled me and I just about swallowed the spoon, and probably would've if it didn't trigger the gag reflex.

No worries, it will find its own way out. That little piece of plastic has more brain cells than you do.
