there is nothing wrong with getting a bit drunk occasionally. It is fun. As long as you don't drive or get violent, where is the harm? There is a difference between fun drunk and black out, memory loss, can't stand upright drunk. THAT type of drunk is too much, I agree. But having a few drinks and getting a bit wasted is fun once in awhile, and is harmless as long as you keep it reasonable and safe.
