How can I make stuffed cod?

I tried it once before, and it was really good.

    What was it stuffed with?

    Sautee that in a pan

    Take a flat piece of cod

    Roll the filling inside

    Bake just until the fish is cooked

    (10-20 minutes at 375)

    A nice filling:

    carrot, pepper, zucchini, green beans

    sliced into matchsticks.

    use garlic, lemon, and herbs for flavor.

    Sole is a much better fish to stuff (or you could even use a trout). Cod is a little too flakey and doesn't handle well.

    google is your friend. there are dozens of recipes on there for stuffed cod...look them up and pick the one you like the best and make it.
