Centrists: Are you out there? If so what do you believe in?

I'm back, everyone!

Yes, I am more centrist than liberal or conservative.

We're rare lately but I'm glad you asked.

Unfortunately I'll have to cut it back to bullet points because I could write a book on my views.

--Free trade NAFTA was a win for North America. It is your EMPLOYER's fault for screwing YOU out of a job.

--A livable wage indexed by state, with a federal minimum of 12.00

--A strong social safety net . At odds with Republicans lately who want to see the poor starve.

--Guns /Second amendment I'm a big proponent of. I don't agree with usage but I'm not stopping you.

--Tax reform : strengthen the dollar by NOT giving billionaires tax cuts. Doesn't work.

--State rights on things like 420, gun bans, and so-called religious freedom*

-- Non-discrimination (which should be common sense but isn't)

-- Peace through strength and diplomacy

**Religious freedom is a given, Nothing stops ANYONE from believing xtian doctrine so there should be no excuse to strengthen the first amendment.

It's in the constitution. No worries. Protected.

Hope that's enough. I've "evolved" on some things but those have been pretty constant.
