They will be a citizen of the alien world living beneath Antarctica. I heard it in Alex Jones

Most countries have a provision that a child's citizenship is dependent on the citizenship of the parents.

But CAN one illegally sneak into Antarctica?

I think it would still have something to do with the parent's nationality. There are geological stations in Antarctica that belong to different nations so that may have a role to, depending how close your are to one.

Yes, and the mother and the baby will then freeze to death in a barren land with nothing to offer.

A perfect metaphor for American libertarianism.

Depends on the citizenship of the parents. A child born to US citizen parents is a US citizen as well regardless of where they are born.

It will probably assume the citizenship of it's parents.

Good thought but not reasonable. Most countries accept as citizens, children born to their own citizens, wherever they are born. That includes the United States and Mexico!

Anybody born on US soil is a US Citizen. But the notion that people sneak here to have their babies is bogus. Immigrants come here for work.
