If I send my car to someone and they set off a speed camera who gets the fine?
I lent my car to someone and they think they may have set a speed camera off if I get a fine through the post and I required by law to tell them who was driving? If It isn't and I tell them I had lent the car to someone but refuse to name them will I automatically be given the fine and points?

Camera tickets are sent to the registered owner. Most jurisdictions provide a means to turn in the actual driver.
Points are generally not assigned for camera tickets, but the fine is yours until proven otherwise.

You as the owner will receive the NIP and in it if you were not driving you have to write the name and address of the person who was, they will then be sent the NIP

Ask a local cop for the law - since driving laws are by state, the wording may vary.
You will get the citation and the points. Anyone who gets a ticket may appeal, and this is where you have the opportunity to make sure the right person gets the penalty. if you don't, ot will go on your insurance record forever, and your state record for about 5 years, so one way or another, this will cost you a bundle over time.

The car is registered in your name and the red light camera doesn't identify drivers, so you would receive the citation. The law doesn't require citing the driver...just the car's owner, so if you offer them the name of the driver, they won't do anything with that information.

Don't lend your car anymore, it'snot a Tshirt. You will be responsible for the fine

You don't have to tell them who was driving. You will just have to pay the fine and cop any demerit points.
It's up to you.
