Can pee cause mold to grow on a garage wall (made of blocks)?

Question

Every time I leave my friend Aarons house I sneak in the garage an pee an fart.  I dont do it in the house cause his sister is their an I want her to be my gf so I dont want her hearing me pee an fart.  But anyway, their is mold growing on the wall right in the spot I pee in!  Can this mold be cause form me peeing in their?

It can provide the moisture necessary,  but pee is sterile.

You're a nasty little kid, aren't you?  You don't have to concern yourself with trying to make Aaron's sister your girlfriend, because she's not going to want to have anything to do with you when she finds out you've been peeing and farting against the wall in her family's garage - instead of using the bathroom inside the house like a civilized person would do

There must be a real nice smell in their garage now.  Urine is a very hard odour to get rid of..... it will linger for years!

I'm sure they don't appreciate their garage smelling like urine.  Use the bathroom or wait until you get home.
