why is my finger not breaking?

ok so i'm trying to break my middle finger (don't make dumb comments trying to stop me from doing it) and i've bent it to the side soooo hard so many times and it's still not breaking it just hurts. what can i do to break it fast

    Go outside and slam it with all of your body force on the driveway. Please don't do this.

    Bite down on something really hard and keep it straight and bed it back really fast and hard... I don't condone hurting yourself but that's how you do it
