Fit body at 16? Help.?

Hey guys so basically, i have no time to go to theygym because of school works but I can work out at home. We have a treadmill also

My height is 5'7 at 55kg

I really want to get a flat stomach and biceps. I play basketball sometimes too. Please help me?

How many situps and pushups a day?

    hi im 16 too female i usually do 150-200 pushups a day and 100 sit-ups if your just starting out do 50 in sets and work up thats what i did and I m starting to tone up

    Zero. Situps and pushups are bad for your health., They are for macho posers. The same is true of specific biceps exercises. Biceps impede the most important muscles in your arms.

    You need choose between being fit and looking like a jerk.
