need guidance for residency in UK, I am self supporting US national. I have been declined twice. I have no open obligations to the Crown.?

    Face facts that you are not getting residency in the UK........ regardless of your objections or not to the Crown... immigration don't care and visas are not provided ( or denied) based on what you think

    If you have been refused twice that is it.

    There are no loopholes.
