clinic. my foot was swollen and hurt and i could barely walk. i went to the clinic where the doctor determined that it was bad enough to be admitted to the hospital. i was in the hospital 5 days and told to make a follow up appointment with my va doctor. the va doctor would not do a follow up because he said that sine he did not treat the injury or had me admitted to the hospital that he would not do a follow up and refused to see me needed more meds so had to find the doctor who treated me to get them. so if you go to a private doctor, your va doctor will do nothing for you?
