Is this enough food for me to grow?
Morning- 2 cups milk, a banana and slice of bread with peanut butter
10 am- salami, cheese and pickle sandwich, cup milk
1pm- another sandwich- cup milk
3- protein bar, cup milk, maybe banana if I'm feeling it
5 PM mixed veggie, either chicken breast, Turkey or like 3 eggs
7 gym time
8- more milk, maybe some crackers to tie me over
I'm doing a heavy lifting program (just started) mixed with either a quick swim or sauna.
I'm aiming for 2 litres of milk per day. Thoughts? I know my diet isnt the greatest but i like what I eat and feel good.

Milk is full of sugar. If you keep eating like this you will be obese if you aren't already. Far too many carb in this diet. Carbs turn to sugar and that turns to fat.
