What should i do? Advice about job.?

Hey i didnt know where to write this but i am 20 y/o and i am working for AT&T as a technical support. I just finished high school and decided to work for 1 year or more depending on things will go. My problem is i feel really stressed, uncomfortable and basically overall i just dont want to work there. I am working as a technical support for customers and we are getting calls all day without a single minute to have break (occasionally there is like a 3 minute window before each call but that does not happen very often). The reason i feel stressed is a mixture of the nonstop calls + customers attitude and their issues. However on the other side i am working in a great team my colleagues are great and my manager aswell is really cool so every day i come home i want to leave but at the same time i want to stay just because of them also the money from the job is pretty good considering the fact that i just left high school and have minimal work experience (just a couple summer jobs). So here i am thinking again about leaving the company but the next minute i want to stay and i could use an advice about what to do i tried to search for jobs but i am afraid i will not find anything good or something that i will have fun doing. I studied electrical engineering high school and in my free time i am enjoying doing some programming stuff so i want to stay inside the *IT* circle and want to avoid working in McDonalds (not that it is a bad job just i know i would not enjoy it).

Welcome to the working world. You shouldn't have 3 minutes to sit on your behind and do nothing. They don't pay you to do nothing. For most jobs, you would be working your butt off for 7 hours, with a 1 hour lunch, no breaks. If you want to slack off, you will have to look hard for that kind of job. Even then, you would be called on the slacking and given something to do, with a warning. When you have nothing to do, at most jobs, you would be expected to find something to do or ask your manager what he would like you to do with your extra time. Don't work in a law firm. You wouldn't last two days.

Listen to me. You are well placed with this job at AT&T. Do not ruin your work record by quitting this job. STAY right where you are now. Later you will climb into new positions that you will like a lot. Are you saving your money? Find a good Savings protocol and begin saving money hand over fist. STAY where you are. Be grateful for what you have. You are well paid and will be getting BETTER pay later on. Do not fool around by thinking about quitting. Some of us have made terrible mistakes by quitting GOOD JOBS just because we were bored. We are so sorry we made that choice. Some of us have not worked since 2010. We cannot find good jobs. Clear your brain from thoughts of quitting. You will be so sorry!!!

This is a fine job for out of high school -if you want something else in the future, you're going to have to get more than high school. You don't study "electrical engineering" in high school - that's a far more complex domain you haven't even touched yet. Go ahead and do so, but that will be four more years at increasing levels of complexity. And necessary to graduate out of front-end technical support, which is always going to suck. But that sucks less than McDonalds, where you'll be paid less and worked just as hard.

Don't take the customers attitude too seriously. They don't know any better. You should keep your job if you're making good money. I make $4,000 a month and people give me the middle finger. I am a smart thief. I should just clone peoples credit cards and not work lol.
