Yes, you can use Aloe Vera in open wound, due to healing and anti-inflammatory properties, it health the wound and overcome inflammation and pain.

Yes, but make sure it is PURE aloe vera, not the store bought gel packs with chemicals inside.

1) wash well / disinfect
2) put 100% (real 100%, not a bit of natural this + natural that) aloe vera gel on it
3) cover with a plaster
repeat 2 or 3 days, should repair faster, than with nothing.

No, it would hinder cell growth of the cells trying to heal the wound, it’s foreign material to the exposed parts of the wound.
