Finally given up. How do I receive assisted suicide from another country as a legal UK citizen?
Don't offer help. Plenty has been given already. Allow me to let go.
If you're wondering why I don't do it in the UK, it's because my wife and daughter will have to endure the pain of potentially witnessing their husband/father committing suicide. I'd rather run away and let them assume I don't love them anymore.

You ASK for help, and then say not to offer help.
Your update is self contradictory. your family WILL suffer the same if you run away.

You would get a visitor's visa to the other Country, purchase the drugs, commit suicide. It doesn't sound terribly complicated to me.
