How do I control my anger and my patients?

Hi I think I’m in need of help for this. I’m 20 years old, and I’m turning 21 in a month, and I feel like I’m losing my patients at a pretty early age. I’m also losing my temper over the small things. Like for example I’m on the bus, and the person that’s in front of me keeps leaning back and it keeps hitting me on my knee and it hurts. I got a little frustrated and I really wanted to yell at the person. What do I do to keep my patients in tact?

Learn how to spell and communicate better. The word is "patience," NOT "patients," which are customers of health care professionals. You had additional writing errors, and these destroy your personal credibility.

All I can say is wait before reacting, and try to be tactful. If you can't deal with these annoyances, you will need professional help.
