is this issue an example of overthinking and being paranoid?

So I put some napkins down on the table and used the napkins to eat my pizza and garlic knots. Now I finished eating and I am paranoid about the table having soap or some cleaning chemical getting on to the napkins and into my pizza and garlic knot when I used them to eat. Do the cleaning people wipe down the tables with water after done cleaning with their cleaning chemicals? And is this an example of overthinking and being paranoid? Because I did the same thing last week and I had no problems until a few minutes ago after I ate the pizza and garlic knots and that is when I became paranoid and overthinking about this issue because I am worried about that something is going to happen later in the day or when I got to sleep tonight. Note this incident occurred at a public cafeteria college.

    To answer both your questions:

Firstly, as for the actual napkins, if any cleaning chemicals did get onto the napkins which you used to eat it wouldn't be enough to cause any harm. If the table was dry when you put the napkins down, then most likely nothing got on them anyway. Chemical products (or most chemicals in general) wont cause harm in small amounts. The amount that you could have consumed by using a napkin with chemicals is minuscule, and won't have any effect on you.

Secondly, this probably is over thinking. It most likely isn't paranoia if it's just a case of whether any cleaning chemicals got onto napkins, although it could be a sign of ocd or health anxiety. Only a doctor or therapist can tell you for sure whether you have either of those.
