Car Dealer Broke Contract, what can I sue for?

Update:

Car got repo'd, I went to pay to reinstate contract, he wants me to pay off all or I lose the car. Contract says I have 10 days to reinstate contract, but it also says that if I impair future payments he can demand all money. He claim I impaired by removing GPS, and I thought I did, but I didn't. All I took off was an empty box with wires hanging out, it was fake, the real one was somewhere else. So really, I didn't impair, he has to reinstate loan, right? If not, I can sue, right?

Of course you can sue, but you will need a lawyer to do it. Suing a company is not like suing an individual. Actually, what ARE you thinking about? How can you sue when you have no money? If you had money, you would have made your timely payments. Who do you think is going to finance the lawsuit?
