Is this a good sign that I have a chance of getting the job?

The manager called and asked me a few questions and when I told her I'm looking for a position with more hours than I get at my current job she said "let me just note that down" then she asked me to come in for a face to face interview.

No. It simply means you passed the phone screening. Without knowing how many other people are being interviewed and their skill set compared to your's, there is no way of guessing whether your chances are good or not.

She's giving you an interview. That's what it means. You will have to compete with whoever else they interview & the best person will get the offer. Good luck!

It's a good sign, but you might be jumping the gun. It's a positive that you want more hours that you work currently.

As long as anyone is asked to come in for an interview, they have a chance. As long as there is an actual opening. Sometimes, companies just want to see how much of a response they’ll get.

possibly, but it will depend on how well you do on interview.
