My thighs are dummy thicc and not in a good way?

They clap as I walk. I can’t sit down normally without my fat spreading and covering the surface upon which I sit. I can’t seem to lose it!! Please help

    I have some thiccc *** legs too (or I used to have thicccer legs) and I started working out for a few months and my boyfriend noticed my legs got smaller... and most of it was cardio such as running on a treadmill, riding the bike, and doing the elliptical in the gym.

    Your legs aren't toned so you will get chub rub and they will spread when you sit down. The only way to improve things is to exercise to gain lean muscle and reduce your body fat, your heart will also thank you. If you have a dog, walk it. If you don't, get yourself a summer job dog walking, earn money and get fit. Make sure that you walk briskly for an hour a day and you'll quickly see results.

    Go to the gym, eat well to tone them.
