A proper dose of loratadine is safe for a cat as long as it does not contain a carrier such as polypropylene glycol which would absorb through the skin of the cat and poison it.

If using human loratadine products, be sure they do not contain additional active ingredients that could be toxic to pets. Claritin syrup is preserved in propylene glycol and should not be used in cats
But if you are self treating for allergies then it is better to research and find out why the cat is suffering from allergies, not try to cover up the symptoms with medication human or pet medication

Why would you give this to your cat? Is your cat sick? If so, then get the cat well. Perhaps it has a virus or bacterial infection?
I don't know about that medication, and your vet would be the best one to consult in that regard.
