Can you fix a cylinder head with JB weld?

And which JB weld to use? How high will the peak pressure be during combustion of a small motorcycle engine? Better to just spot weld the holes in the head?

JB Weld will never fix a damaged cylinder head. Take it to a machine shop to be welded and resurfaced, if it's a two-stroke engine. If four stroke, it will need a bit more attention to the valves.

No.  JB Weld works great for small repairs, but it's not sufficient for even a small motorcycle engine.  Spot welding *might* fix it, but it depends on what exactly happened.

I wouldn't use that crap except in an emergency. It is not a proper fix.

You're a goof.. JB Weld won't fix a cylinder head. If it's an antique there's a possibility it can be specially welded and re-machined.

If it's a cheap POS put new motor in it or find a used head.
