    1. Do not smoke

    2. Be physically active every day.

    3. Eat a healthy diet rich in whole grains, protein

    4. lean, vegetables and fruits.

    5. Make sure you get enough vitamin D and calcium.

    6. Maintain a healthy weight and body shape.

    Eat drink and be happy, exercise to burn off unwanted fats.

    eat plenty of fruits and veggies along with whole grains, meat and dairy. Your plate should be half produce, 1/4 protein, 1/4 whole grains.

    Get daily fresh air, sunshine and exercise, depending on physical condition. A little of each goes a long way.

    Approach life with a positive attitude. Science has shown that posititvity is always healthier than negativity.

    Don't smoke any tobacoo products.

    Keep drinking to a very moderate level.

    Less sugary treats, more fruits.

    Less juice and soda, more plain water.

    Coffee or tea in moderation. Both do offer health benefits although when laced with heavy cream and loads of sugar isn't a good idea.

    As we already discussed that the health of a person accommodates both physical and mental, so it’s our responsibility to keep them healthy and knows how to live a healthy lifestyle:

    1. Think positive and focus on gratitude

    2. Eat vegetables

    3. Set a “5-meal ideal”

    4. Exercise daily

    5. Get a good night sleep
