Cat urine detection?

I was wondering if anyone has come up with a powder or something that can be put in the carpet that changes color when a cat pees on it.  I was thinking something like the chemical pools use to catch people who pee in the pool?

How smelly is your home that you can't notice where a cat is peeing???

Buy one of these. https://amzn.to/30GHMJ2 It will light up where the pee is.

This is great for removing pee stains AND the smell. I had a senior cat that was peeing out the opening of one of my litter boxes and it worked great. You can also add it in with carpet cleaning fluid when steam cleaning. https://amzn.to/2um0cCM I keep some in a spray bottle and use it to wipe the inside of litter boxes when changing the litter.

No, but cat pee glows when a black light is shined on it.

You can buy black lights for around $10-$15 on Amazon.
